Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen is unlikely to be fit for his Napoli’s UEFA Champions League quarter final first leg showdown with AC Milan.
The player continue to work alone in the gym after suffering adductor muscle injury which on international break with his country.
He was due to return to full training with the rest of the squad, but reports emerged from Naples claim he’s not yet 100% and will continue his recovery from a muscle injury.
The 24-year-old Nigerian striker was forced to miss the Partenopei’s last two outings against Milan and Lecce.
Napoli however aren’t giving hope of recovering the striker for the cracker, but do not want to risk him, to avoid losing him for long time.
The former Lille forward will be observed on Tuesday, before Spalletti name final squad for the game.
