Victor Boniface is happy with his performance this season at new club Royal Union Saint-Gilloise.
Boniface has been impressive since moving to the Belgian side, scoring three goals including a goal of the season contender against Malmo FF in the Europa League.
He was also on target in the 2-1 win over Eupen in their Belgian Jupiler League match on Sunday.
“It’s not about individual performance, it’s about the team,” said Victor Boniface, as per HLN.
“I am very happy that I was able to score the goal that gave us the three points. What happened at that stage? I have to watch the goal again. I don’t remember how I jumped, but I think I jumped really well and scored the goal.” He told the Belgian the press.
The 21-year-old had also scored 14 goals for Norwegian Champions Bodø/Glimt, including five in the Champions League qualifiers. He also scored six in the Norwegian League and two in the Cup, before joining Royal Union Saint-Gilloise.
