Cyriel Dessers says he’s not satisfied with his performances for Feyenoord and want to continue pushing for better results.
Dessers has been impressive since arriving the Netherlands on a season long loan from Belgian side KRC Genk.
In the current season for Feyenoord, Cyriel Dessers have attempted a total of 14 shots, of which 5 resulted to goal and he has also completed over 79 percent of his passes in the final third.
His latest impressive performance came in the 2-1 away win over Union Berlin in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday.
After the game, Dessers said he’s happy with the progress of the team, but he’s not resting on his oars.
“One week you are the anti-hero and the following week you are the hero.
“That makes being a striker so beautiful, you can also quickly get out of the pit.
“We are now in control, but we also have to finish it. I have only been here for two months and have already experience some beautiful moments, both individually and with the team.
“But I am not satisfied with this yet. The team is very hungry and ambitious, we are in it,” he said.
