Striker Cyriel Dessers is happy to be back with Super Eagles, after two years absence from the squad.
The Genk’s star arrived the camp on Saturday ahead of the game against Mexico and Ecuador billed for United States.
With Victor Osimhen and Sadiq Umar out of the tie, Dessers who enjoyed productive campaign with Dutch side Feyernood is expected to lead the attack for the Jose Peseiro’s tutored side.
“I’m happy to be back , beautiful Stadium and I’m looking for the game.“
“I hope to see everyone in Abuja. I’m really happy to be back.” Dessers told Super Eagles media Officer.
The 27-year-old Belgian born star made his debut for the three time African Champions against Tunisia back in 2020.
