D’Tigers assistant coach Odaudu Ogoh has stated that Nigerians should expect an improved D’Tigers when the second FIBA world cup qualifying window comes around next year after the team turned a slow start around to finish top of her group in the first qualifying window in Angola’s city of Benguela.
Ogoh speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the team had such a slow start losing her first game in Benguela because the team had practically no training match and had to use the first game against Cape Verde as a practice match.
He thereafter added that he is sure the team will have a better preparation than it add this time by the time the second qualifying window comes around.
