Ex Green Eagles footballer, Friday Elahor has posited that the Nigerian Football Federation is given benefit of the doubt in the disbursement of FIFA’s NGN180million relief fund.
The 1992 AFCON Bronze medalist made this statement in a chat with brila.net, asserting that the funds are meant for the Federation as stated by FIFA and not any other association.
This comes after accusations and grumbles about the transparency of the football body in the disbursement of funds to Nigerian football clubs with given precedents.
Elahor, a seasoned professional, is now a licensed football coach.
