Paul Onuachu scored his 17th goal of the season for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Cup final against Besiktas, but his efforts were not enough to save his team from defeat.

Onuachu opened the scoring in the 12th minute after receiving a pass at the halfway line, got past the Besiktas defence and calmly chipped the ball over the outstretched arms of goalkeeper Mert Günok.

However, Besiktas responded before the half-time whistle by drawing level from the penalty spot.

Just nine minutes into the second half, Besiktas took the lead, leaving Trabzonspor trailing.

With only one minute left in regular time, Nicolas Pepe slotted home a crucial equalizer, reigniting hope for a dramatic comeback.

In a dramatic finish, Mutassim Al Musrati scored the winning goal for Besiktas in the fourth minute of stoppage time.
