Ademola Lookman was the star of the show as Atalanta and Juventus played out a 3-3 draw on Sunday.
The Nigerian striker scored two goals and assisted another in the six goal thiller.
Atalanta took the lead within five minutes when Ademola Lookman hit a rocket from just inside the area, which Wojciech Szczesny parried into the net.
Lookman then set up Joakim Maehle who beat Szczesny with an angle drive for Atalanta’s second goal of the game.
The former Everton star then headed in a cross from the left wing for his succesive brace for Atalanta.
The striker who joined this summer from RB Leipzig for around €15m is obviously carrying Atalanta on his shoulders in his first season in Serie A.
With the brace, he’s now scored 11 goals in 18 games and recorded 3 assists.
The 25-year-old become the 4th Atalanta player to score 10+ goals after 19 matches in his first Serie A campaign.
Jørgen Leschly Sørensen (1949/50), Karl Aage Hansen (1949/50) and Poul Rasmussen (1952/53) are the players who achieved the feat before him.
Lookman is just two goals behind his compatriot Victor Osimhen in the race for the Serie A golden boot.
