FC Robo Queens beat visiting Osun Babes 3-1 in one of the matchday two of fixtures of the 2021 NWFL Premiership which was played across seven centres on Wednesday.
The match was played at the Legacy Football Pitch, National Stadium Surulere and Monday Gift scored all three goals for Robo.
Monday, scored her first in the 41st minute, before taking advantage of an error made by Osun Babes Goalkeeper Christiana Obia to score her second in the 52nd minute,.
The diminutive striker completed her hat trick in the 56th minute with a fine finish.
Abibat Agbaji scored the consolation for Osun Babes in the 71st minute of the game.
FC Robo will now travel to Yenagoa to face Bayelsa Queens for their week three-game, while Osun Babes will welcome Pelican Stars.
In another games, Rivers Angels thrashed Delta Queens 6 – 2, while Nasarawa Amazons lost at home 1-2 to Bayelsa Queens.
Sunshine Queens recorded a 2 – 0 over Confluence Queens of Kogi state at the Akure Township stadium.
