Sunday Oliseh is still basking in the euphoria of Morocco’s qualification for the semi-final of FIFA World Cup.
Youssef En-Nesyri scored the only goal of the game as Morocco defeated Portugal on Saturday at Al Thumama Stadium.
The Nigerian legend however revealed that, his wife had predicted the outcome of the game.
“After 48 years of trying Morocco has made Africa into world superpower status in football. Ecstatic & privileged to be here at Al Thumama Stadium to witness Morocco do it,
“Wifey jokingly predicted this when she came to Qatar! Guess our wives are always right after all,” Oliseh tweeted via his official handle after the game.
Oliseh’s wife Hafidah is half Moroccan and Belgian, and the duo got married after the 1994 FIFA World Cup, and are currently living in Belgium.
