Ndidi favors multi-million-pounds move to Saudi Arabia

Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is a transfer target for former Saudi Arabia Premier League champions, Al-Shabab FC.

According to reports, Al-Shabab want to sign the Super Eagles midfield powerhouse and have offered £35m plus add ons to his club Leicester City.

Ndidi has contract with the Foxes till 2024, but the 26-year-old has been shadow of himself in the past twelve months, the reason Leicester City want to cash in.

He was only available for 27 Premier League games last season as he spent several months injured, which obviously affected his form.

Leicester City are said to be seriously considering the offers as they re preparing for life outside the English topflight for the first time in eleven years.

Al-Shabab has already engaged in initial discussions with Ndidi regarding a potential transfer and have offered to triple what he’s earning at Leicester City.

The Foxes want to reduce their wage bills and already allowed Youri Tielemans and Caglar Soyuncu to leave the Club.

Ndidi is also among the top earners at the Club, meaning his departure is very likely alongside James Madison who is wanted by Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Ndidi could be tempted with a move to Saudi Arabia, due to the presence of some of the biggest stars in the country.

Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ruben Neves have all switch to the gulf country from Europe.

Leicester City acquired the Nigerian international in January 2017 for whooping over €17 million from KRC Genk.
