Ngozi Okobi ends 11-Month goalless spell at Eskilstuna United

Ngozi Okobi scored her first league goal for Eskilstuna United; 17 matches after she made her competitive appearance for the Swedish Women’s Premier Division.

Okobi headed home the winner on 55 minutes from a corner kick to help her side to all three points against Linköping in an away victory.

The Nigerian joined Eskilstuna United in 2017 after two seasons at Vittsjö and her goal on Saturday helped the club climb to sixth in the table; but still three behind Linköping.

Okobi posted the video of the moment on instagram, credited her teammate for the cross and even tagged her fellow Super Falcons teammate, Francisca Ordega with the caption:

Thanks to God almighty.
