Chairman of the Nigeria Nationwide League NLO and executive committee member of the Nigeria Football Federation Mohammed Alkali has stated that league football is set to return as the different tier of league football gear up for their respective congresses.
Alkali speaking in a chat with brila.net revealed that the nation’s second-tier league the NNL is expected to kick off within two weeks after the commencement of the elite league the NPFL and thereafter a week later have the Nationwide league also kickoff.
He added that the NLO is also set to pick a date for it congress where plans for the exact kickoff and plans for the new season will be unveiled.
