Former Nigeria international Julius Aghahowa has stated that the Nigeria Football Federation should go after impressive Gent of Belgium Nigerian striking sensation Gift Orban.
The former Wigan forward made this remark following Orban’s heroic hat-tric for the Belgian Jupiler League side Gent in the 4-1 win away to Istanbul Basaksehir in the round of 16 of the UEFA Conference league three days after netting four goals in the team’s last league game in Belgium.
Aghahowa speaking in a chat with brila.net said the forward is a national asset and should be quickly handed National team call ups into the national teams of Nigeria especially with his eligibility to feature as a 20 year old in the U20 tournament, the U23 Eagles as well as the senior National team of Nigeria.
