Nigeria Volleyball Federation to roll out post Covid-19 plans

The President of Nigeria Volleyball Federation Musa Nimrod said his proud of the growth the game has witnessed under his leadership.

Musa Nimrod made this known, while accessing the growth of the game in the last three years.

 

Nimrod led Volleyball Federation clocked three years in office on Monday and the seasoned administrator said he’s proud of his term in office and the changes they have introduced into the game.

 

“We can be proud of the changes and potentials for greater things that lies ahead for volleyball in Nigeria. We are a people of great resilience and determination.”

 

“We have all endured the hard times, seen the difficulties of growing the game, or consolidating our position as a great contender of the sport in the Continent. This is never a time to give up, but to sit up and live up, not only to the challenges but to the vision of greater things to come.

 

“Three years ago, we were bestowed with the mandate to lead the Nigeria Volleyball community to better days and status. It was not an easy ride, what we planned and did not envisage had happened in different times and situations. In all this, we give thanks to the Almighty for seeing us through this journey.”

 

He added that the Federation will roll out plans for the post-COVID-19 plans immediately after the ban on sports is lifted.

 

“Immediately after the lockdown and restrictions, we will roll out our plans and programs, taking into consideration necessary safety precautions and guidelines for a healthy sporting season.” He said.
