Shooting Stars secured a crucial 1-0 victory over league leaders Enugu Rangers, and climbed to fourth place in the NPFL standings with just two matches remaining in the season.

Striker Christian Pyagbara scored goal to seal all three points for Shooting Stars.

Despite the loss, Rangers remain top of the table with 64 points from 36 matches.

As for Shooting Stars, they move closer to their aim of securing qualification for CAF Confederation Cup.
