The Nigeria Football Federation President, Amaju Pinnick received contingents of the Sand Eagles, who arrived the country from Bahamas on Friday.
Nigeria was knocked out in the group stage of the 2017 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup following a 2-1 defeat to Iran in a penalty shoot out after the match ended 4-4 in regulation time.
Pivot Abu Azeez had informed brila.net that the contingent will arrive in batches, with the last final group heading in on Friday.
The FA President, Pinnick, met with the Eagles and a picture was tweeted on the nff’s official handle.
