Nigeria’s men’s basketball team, D’Tigers had a difficult start to their campaign to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
D’tigers on Monday evening lost 93-87 loss to Senegal in their first pre-Olympic qualifiers game.
Despite taking an early lead, Senegal managed to reduce the deficit and ultimately secured the win.
D’Tigers will need to win their upcoming game against Mali to have a chance at advancing to the next round of qualifiers.
