Super Falcons experience midfielder Rita Chikwelu has teamed up with Spanish Primera Iberdrola club Real Madrid for the rest of the 2019-20 season.
The 31-year-old completed the move from Swedish Damallsvenskan side Kristianstads after three successful seasons with the Club.
Chikwelu scored 12 goals in 64 games for Kristianstads and helped them to the second position in 2019 Sweden cup.
The central midfielder will now join her national teammate Chidinma Okeke, who also signed for the Club last summer.
Real Madrid currently sits in 14th position on the table already and are at the risk of dropping to the second tie.
