Stephen Odey is still a bona fide, duly registered MFM FC player and only the club hold the economic rights over the striker according to Football Director, Emmanuel Ayeyemi.
Odey, who is currently on a facility tour to Danish topflight club, FC Midtjylland, is the subject of a transfer speculation including claims he’s on a 3-year loan deal to the Lagos based club.
Ayeyemi told www.brila.net that the club reserves the right to negotiate the player’s transfer if it so wishes, but insists the Odey is tied to the club on a legal contract.
The Striker is expected to join the Super Eagles camp in France for an exhibition match against Corsica later this month.
