Sunshine Stars Technical Adviser, Austin Eguavoen has revealed the club have cleared the transfer of five incoming players.

Eguavoen, who was unveiled last week by the club, secured a 2-0 win in his debut game in charge against Enugu Rangers in a rescheduled NPFL matchday 14 home clash on Sunday.

The former Gombe United Gaffer also disclosed that five other players could not be cleared for the transfer.

Meanwhile, club resources say first choice goalkeeper, Olorunleke Ojo is set to join Akwa United with the Promise Keepers negotiation a ₦1million compensation payment to Sunshine.

Ojo joined the Owena waves from Giwa FC in the 2015/16 League season and has also represented Nigeria at the U20 level.
