Samuel Chukwueze is delighted with Villarreal’s good form since the league returned the last few weeks.
Villarreal remains the most in-form team in the Spanish La Liga at the moment, winning three and drew one out of their last four league outings.
Their latest win is the 2-0 success over Valencia at the Estadio De la Ceramica on Monday night and Samuel Chukwueze played from the start-up till the 89th minute when he replaced by Javi Ontiveros.
Spanish forwards Paco Alcacer and Gerard Moreno scored on 14 and 44 minutes respectively, to hand the Yellow Submarines maximum point and moved the team to sixth on log.
The club is three points Sevilla who occupies the last champions league spot, but Chukwueze, 21, is delighted with the progress of the team as they are getting closer to European qualifications.
“All about yesterday’s Victory. We are getting closer.” He posted on Instagram.
Chukwueze has scored three league goals and one assist this term, with a goal and one assist in cup games.
They will lock horns with Real Betis in a Game week 33 fixture, as the season gradually nears a conclusion.
