Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is injured again and expected to be out of action for a few weeks.

Ndidi, reportedly suffered a muscle strain in training, according to Leicester reporter, Owynn Palmer- Atkins.

“Brendan Rodgers tells me that Wilfred Ndidi has suffered a muscle strain in training and will be out for a couple of weeks,” Owynn Palmer- Atkins wrote on his Twitter handle.

The Midfielder was omitted from the team that played 2-2 draw with in form Brighton at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

This season, Ndidi has struggled for form, no thanks to reoccurring injuries.

He already spent a significant time out injured this season, limiting him to just 16 appearances in all competitions for Leicester City.

Foxes Manager Brendan Rodgers has relied on Nampalys Mendy and Boubakary Soumare for the season.
