Super Falcons gaffer Randy Waldrum is impressed new girl Salome Zogg who made her debut for Nigeria last Thursday.
Waldrum said Zogg who featured against Jamaica and Portugal at the Summer Series in Texas, USA has shown good spirits since arriving at the camp, and but will need more time.
Born in Switzerland is the 24-year-old Onyiyechi Zogg also enjoyed a good season with her club FC Zurich.
“She’s a good, young player, she’s somebody we want to keep bringing back to camp,” says Waldrum,
“The good thing is she’s playing regularly in Switzerland as it’s important that the players are playing at a top-level.
“She has clearly made her mark and she is somebody we will continue to invest time on.”
Zogg is expected to be in action when the Super Falcons take on the United States of America later tonight.
