Iwobi reveals Super Eagles first Impression of Peseiro

Two days into his Two-year contract as Super Eagles Head Coach, Jose Peseiro seem to have impressed some of his Players, among them Alex Iwobi.

Peseiro joined the group in Dallas after their arrival ahead of preparations for the Friendlies against Mexico and Ecuador, and the Coach held his first practice session on Thursday.

Describing the early experiences with the Portuguese, Iwobi revealed the Players are working on building a strong team Chemistry.

“It’s our first time with the new Coach and the staff, we are warming into their ideas but it’s still early stages, but we are enjoying our time so far.

“We just have to make sure it continues this way to keep this unity and chemistry going,” the Midfielder told NFF TV a out life under the new Trainer.

Nigeria will take on Mexico’s El Tri at AT&T Stadium this Saturday, and four days later will cash with Ecuador at the Red Bull Arena.

The Friendlies are part of the Team’s preparation for next month’s Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
