Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro has handed debut invitations to Gift Orban, Jordan Torunarigha and Victor Boniface for the Africa Cup of Nations qualification series, final-day encounter against Sao Tome and Principe in Uyo.

Peseiro called three goalkeepers – including Enyimba’s Olorunleke Ojo – eight ​defenders, four midfielders and eight forwards for the game, including the duo of Orban and Boniface both of whom have enjoyed stellar seasons in the last six months.

Nigeria hosts Sao Tome and Principe at the Godwsill Akpabio Stadium on September 10, albeit a deadrubber game, the Super Eagles are expected to field a strong squad.

However, two names conspicously missing from the lihst as Ahmed Musa and Alex Iwobi, but no reasons have been given for their omissions.
