Enugu Rangers boss Abdul Maikaba has revealed what could be another reason that may ultimately affects the take off of the Nigeria Professional Football League for coming Sunday 21st of November which is agitation of officiating officials who are been owed backlog of allowances from last season.
Maikaba speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the officials stance will determine whether the league season kickoff or not because no game can be played without the consent and presence of referees and officiating officials who are key to the eligibility of a game to be played.
