Morocco becomes the first African side to reach the semi-final of the FIFA World Cup.
The Atlas Lions beat a star studded Portuguese side 1-0 at the Al Thumama Stadium on Saturday.
Youssef En-Nesyri scored the only goal of the game in the 42nd minute, heading a superb cross from the left hand side.
Morocco was reduced to ten men in added time when Walid Cheddira was sent off for second booking.
However the African side defended heroically throughout added time to see out the historic win.
The have now surpassed the record of Ghana, Cameroon and Senegal by going one step further.
Morocco will now face the winner of other quarter final match between England and France.
