Ahead of the Afcon 2019 qualifier between Nigeria’s super Eagles & the Bafana Bafana of South Africa slated for 10th of June in Uyo, Assistant Technical Director of the Nigeria Football Federation, Siji Lagunju has given his backing to the caliber of players invited to prosecute the match.
Lagunju in a chat with brila.net said he believes that Gernot Rohr’s assistants has done well together with the technical adviser, & added that only the best legs will be selected for the South Africa tie.
“The technical crew of Rohr, his assistant Salisu and the rest of them, I know they have been working very well and I know they would have brought out the best list so we are expecting the best of the best to represent Nigeria.”
