Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi insists the match against the Algerian B side was a good test game for the Super Eagles.

The Super Eagles were held to a 2-2 by the CHAN-bound Algerian side in a warm-up game on Friday night.

The Algerians led the first half, but the three-time African Champions came roaring in the second with goals from Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi and Cremonese striker Cyriel Dessers.

The Algerians however denied the Jose Peseiro’s tutored side a win, by grabbing an equalizer minutes later.

Reacting to the game, Iwobi said the game is a good test for the team ahead of the big one against the Desert Foxes.

“Good Test, We Go Again Tuesday.”, He posted on his Twitter after the final whistle.

Super Eagles will next trade tackles with Fennec of Algeria in Oran on Tuesday.
