Alhassan Yusuf says he’s enjoying life in Belgium with Jupiler League side Royal Antwerp and the Manager, Marc van Bommel.
Yusuf joined the modest side this summer from Sweden, and is adapting to his new environment.
The 22 year-old is also taking guidance through the midfield partnership with veteran Belgian star Radja Nainggolan.
Speaking on his season so far, Yusuf says, he is enjoying a good relationship with his midfield partners and the coach.
“I’m in great shape and the midfield is working very well at the moment,” he stated.
“The relationship with (Radja) Nainggolan and (Pieter) Gerkens is good.”
Meanwhile, ex Tottenham centre-back Toby Alderweireld, singled out the Nigerian for praises, following Antwerp impressive start to the season.
“Alhassan reads the game well and keeps running.
“He does a fantastic job, especially with the right coaching and tactical guidelines. He started the season very well,” He said.
