The Management of Wikki Tourists of Bauchi have penciled down Kennedy Boboye for the Club’s vacant coaching role.
Wikki Tourists are searching for a new gaffer after Kabir Dogo resigned from the role on Tuesday, following a poor start to the current season.
The club are winless this season, losing in all five round of matches played so far.
Brila.net understands that Boboye, who is currently out of job, is the club’s priority to replace the former gaffer.
The club has opened talks with the former U23 gaffer and a decision could be reached in the coming days.
The former international has not coached in the NPFL since departure from Awka United last season.
He led Akwa United to their first league title in the 2020/21 campaign, but resigned following a shambolic title defense.
