David De Gea ‘set to sign new bumper Man United contract’

Spanish Goalkeeper, David De Gea is set to snub Real Madrid’s interest again and sign a new five-year bumper contract at Manchester United.

De Gea has been a long-term target for Real Madrid and came within a faulty fax machine of moving to the Bernabeu in 2015.

But United are poised to make the Spain international their second highest paid player, behind Alexis Sanchez, with a £350,000-a-week deal, according to the Sun.

David’s current deal runs out at the end of this season, although there is an option for another year.

De Gea has been the Red Devils’ star man this season with a series of supernatural saves keeping them on top in the battle for second place.
