Super Eagles goalkeeper, Dele Ajiboye has stated that he is hopeful of another chance to prove himself again as good enough shot-stopper after being dropped from the world cup squad.
Ajiboye was one of the five players that were axed by Coach Gernot Rohr as Eagles set to face England in Saturday’s high profile international world cup warm-up fixture.
In a chat with brila.net, the Plateau United goalkeeper said the coach have his program and knows what is best for him to excel with the team and as such will simply move on and try to convince whenever another opportunity arises.
The Super Eagles have left for London ahead of Saturday’s Pre-World Cup friendly against the Three Lions of England at the famous Wembley Stadium.
