Super Falcons bowed 2-1 to world rated Number 5, Canada in an international friendly game played on Monday afternoon at the Pinatar Arena.
The win over Super Falcons means Canada remain unbeaten in six games this year, Although, Nigeria put an end to the North Americans clean-sheet record in 2019.
The first forty-five minutes against the Canadian side lived up to its billing but it was Nigeria through Desire Oparanozie who comfortably led proceedings in Spain.
Her 26th minute strike off a good pass from Uchenna Kanu helped the Africa champions take end the first 45 minutes on top.
