Super Eagles player Samuel Chukwueze has expressed his delight after he was named Man of the Match in Nigeria’s 2-1 win over South Africa.
Aside from getting Super Eagles’ first goal, the youngster who became 2019 Afcon’s youngest goalscorer put up a stout attacking display against Stuart Baxter’s men.
Also, yesterday’s strike was the Villarreal man’s first senior international goal and he has acknowledged in a chat with www.brila.net that it as a dream come true.
“Am so happy winning the game because they are a team that defeated the host country, Egypt. It wasn’t an easy game to win as we had to work hard, with everyone doing their job on the field”.
