The Nigeria U17 Boys national team, Eaglets, will take part in the upcoming WAFU B under 17 tourneys scheduled for 2021.
According to the NFF, the Golden Eaglets will go ahead with plans to compete at the tournament, despite the cancellation of the FIFA U-17 World Cup due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.
Coach Fatai Amoo had been in camp preparing the team for the regional championship.
The WAFU B tournament will serve as the U17 African Cup Nations qualifiers to be hosted by Benin Republic.
The tournament, was earlier rescheduled December 5 to 20, 2020, however it will now hold in 2021.
