Willfred Ndidi was in Leicester City’s squad that lost to Arsenal 2-0 at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
The midfield powerhouse has been out of action from the last three weeks, and has missed the last seven game for the Foxes and two for the Super Eagles.
He last featured for Brendan’s Rodgers’ side against Burnley early this month as a result of the harmstring injury he picked up in the game.
The midfielder who featured in six league games so far returned tofull training on Wednesday and was on the bench for the against Arsenal.
His return is a great news for Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr, ahead of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde.
The 24-year-old missed the double-header against the Central African Republic in Lagos and Cameroon and could return for the next international break.
