Odion Ighalo struck twice in Chanchung Yatai’s 3-2 win against Guizhou Zhicheng in the CSL on Saturday.

Ighalo grabbed his first goal of the game in the 50th minute in the five-goal thriller and added a second in additional time after 90 minutes to kill off any hope of Guizhou snatching a point.

The brace took his tally to 14 goals in 25 League games this season.

He is now one goal shy of his best scoring season ever, which was the 2014/2015 season where he scored 17 goals to lead Watford to promotion to the EPL from the Championship.
