Nigerian winger Emmanuel Dennis has secured Watford’s Goal of the Month accolade for March, courtesy of his dazzling solo effort during the team’s 2-2 stalemate against Leeds United at Vicarage Road.

The 26-year-old beat stiff competition, including Ryan Porteous’ looping header against Coventry City.

During the game against Leeds United, Dennis won an aerial duel, executed two swift stepovers to beat his markers, and calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner, leaving spectators in awe.

As Watford aims to end the Championship on a positive note, Emmanuel Dennis will be aiming to play his part.

Since rejoining the club on loan, he has scored four times in fourteen appearances for the Hornets.
