MFM FC gaffer, Fidelis Ilechukwu, admits he is not happy with his present squad but stressed he must continue towork to get the best out of the players available to him.
The Olukoya has struggled to replicate the form that saw them challenge for the title back in 2017 and one of the problem can be attributed to the Club’s away form.
Having lost their first away game of the season to Enyimba international of Aba before bouncing back to beat Kwara United at the soccer temple in Agege, Ilechukwu however, revealed in an exclusive chat with Brila.net’s Seyi Alao that the Club is working to turn the away form around and asked the fans not to panic.
“The fans should not worry about the away form because we will do our best It may be little difficult, But I believe we can get it right, “
He added that he’s taking each game at time and not setting a target for his team while also lamenting the departure of his key players without good replacement.
“I don’t want to set target for me my self because this new team and its not going to be easy,”
“its very painful that we lost a lot of players , not only in our attack but in all departments and am not happy but the only solution is to work on new player’s because we have short time.”
MFM will take on Rangers International of Enugu in the match day four of the Nigeria professional football league.
