Ilerika shares national U15 team mandate

Coach of Nigeria’s U15 national team Haruna Ilerika has shared his working mandate for the National U15 Future Eagles team as he gets set to continue from where his predecessor Late Danladi Nasidi left off after been named substantive coach of the team by the Federation.

Ilerika speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said that his mandate is clear and has a 10 to 15-year plan ultimately to have players from the U15 get to the peak of their career but to consistently serve as a bedrock for other age-grade national teams mainly the U17 and U20 and this he hopes will work out as planned.
“We quite understand how the system works, it is very natural that we key into the system to produce quality players that can be productive to the other age-grade national teams like U17, U20 and to produce quality players that the nation can be proud of in the next 10 to 15 years.”
