Callum Hudson-Odoi despite facing six months on the sidelines with a ruptured Achilles after sustaining the injury on Monday, he is optimistic about his return.
The striker took to his social media account to inform fans that an operation on his Achilles was a success.
Fellow Chelsea teammates and other Footballers have sent in messages of support, including Raheem Sterling.
Also, Leeds United attacker Izzy Brown, currently on loan from Chelsea took to his personal Instagram account to send a message to the England international after the extent of his injury was revealed.
“Come back stronger brother, you got this,” said Brown via his Instagram story.
