Luke Shaw and injuries have been a recurring theme. Some may say time spent on the treatment table has defined his Manchester United career to date.
Things were looking up to start the current campaign, with the left-back putting in some stunning performances for the Red Devils; including scoring his first professional goal.
However, Shaw suffered a setback during England’s game against Spain, after a heavy clash with Dani Carvajal; leaving the Three Lions man with a horrific head injury, which was later confirmed a concussion.
Now a report from the Daily Mirror claims that Shaw is likely to miss United’s next two games. The first, a huge league fixture away at unbeaten Watford. The second, our Champions League opener against Young Boys.
If anyone didn’t deserve this to happen to them, it’s Shaw. He’s had terrible luck with injuries, and just as it looked as though the worst of it was behind him, this happens.
