Michael Ibe talks up Plateau United title chances

Plateau United midfielder, Michael Ibe says his side was unlucky not grab the three against Kano Pillars in one of Match day six fixture of the 2019/2020 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

The Abdu Maikaba boys were held to a goalless draw at home to struggling Kano Pillars last Sunday, but maintained their unbeaten start into the 2019/2020 season.

Ibe who’s one of the regular players in team this season, said the team was unlucky not to pick maximum points against the Sai Masu Gida and insists they will continue to work hard for good results in subsequent games.

“We played well and deserve a win in this game, but we were unlucky not to bury our chances inside the area”. Ibe said.

“We have started well without a loss in six games. We just want to maintain the momentum and keep doing the best for the team”. He concluded.

Plateau United will face Heartland at the Okigwe Stadium in a Match Day seven clash of the NPFL next weekend.
