La Liga country representative and former nigerian international Mutiu Adepoju has insisted that the recently concluded U15 NPFL competition is basically to allow clubs in the league to have a structure and also enable the young talents combine schooling with football education.

Meanwhile, Critics of the initiative say the competition is not the right platform to indeed get talented players for the junior cadre of the national team and will not improve the fortune of the clubs in the league.
However, Adepoju has rubbish such claims and said the project in no distant future will begin to yield dividend for clubs and the country.
