Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala has revealed that for her, the goal is just to keep getting better and better, even as she looks forward to a great campaign with FC Barcelona Ladies.
Oshoala was brilliant for her club Barcelona on Sunday, August 18, scoring the only goal in their pre-season win over French club Montpellier.
The Super Falcons attacker netted for Barcelona in the sixth minutes of the encounter to take her tally to seven goals for the Spanish club in pre-season.
Speaking with www.brila.net, The former Arsenal and Liverpool ladies striker also stated that she just wants to keep improving on her game so as to ensure she continues delivering on the field of play.
“Am still working hard to get better, I just want to keep improving. Every day I wake up, I want to be better than who I was yesterday”.
“That is my aim and objective. I keep giving my best. I want to keep working hard every day, especially when it comes to my job”.
She has now scored seven goals in four games this term, to increase her tally to 15 goals in 15 appearances since joining last season’s Champions League finalists in January 2019.
Meanwhile, Barcelona will face Seagull in Copa Catalunya Femenina clash at Estadio Nou Municipal de Palamos tomorrow, August 22.
