Kano Pillars goalkeeper Suraj Aiyeleso has stated that his side are ready to change the narrative against Rivers united ahead of today’s clash in Kaduna after dropping points to the Porthacourt based side last season at home in Kofarmata, Kano.
Aiyeleso speaking in a chat with brila.net said the Sai Masugida are very much aware of how tough a task Rivers united will be been the in form team of the league. He however stressed that the class is more important for his side in a bid to ensure they close up the gap and be among the top teams in the league.
“We know Rivers united are always a problem for us because I can remember vividly last season we shared the spoil in Kofarmata and based on form they are the in form team now in the country and hopefully because the result is very important for us I am positive that we are going to come out victorious.”
