Priceless! Dennis describes feeling of first Goal for Nigeria

Emmanuel Dennis says he was hugely relieved after getting his debut goal for Nigeria.

Dennis scored from the penalty spot as Nigeria record an emphatic 10-0 victory against Sao Tome and Principe in AFCON qualification match on Monday.

The forward had gone five games without a goal for the three-time African Champions, before breaking the duck against the Falcons.

Emmanuel Dennis however couldn’t hide his feeling and celebrated the feat with a social media post.

“First one for the Eagles. priceless-feeling,” he Tweeted.

Nigeria is top of Group A with six points — two points ahead of Guinea Bissau in second place and five more than Sierra Leone in third.

The team will host Guinea Bissau at the MKO Abiola stadium, Abuja in September.
