Watch: Soccer Player Booked Three Times Before Being Sent Off

In the match between Croatia and Australia in the 2006 Soccer World Cup, British referee Graham Poll made a horrible mistake.

He issued three yellow cards to the same player (Croatian Josip Šimunić) before sending him off.
